Prior to us arriving at your property, please move all miscellaneous items off of the carpet. We also recommend vacuuming prior to the cleaning appointment. We recommend vacuuming in both directions. First vacuum the carpet in one direction. Then turn the vacuum at a 90 degree angle and vacuum the same carpet going the other direction. If you would like for us to vacuum, we can do this for an additional $10 per normal sized room. 

Please clear the kitchen sink area as we will need to fill up the machine at the kitchen sink. Please choose one or two bathrooms in the property where we can empty the dirty water into the toilet. Preferably one bathroom per floor.

We are a very small company and do not move furniture. We recommend moving all miscellaneous items off of the carpet floor and we will clean around the larger pieces of furniture. Another alternative is that you can move the furniture outside of the rooms that are going to be cleaned and we will carpet clean the whole room.

We are able to clean most normal types of carpet. If it is a wool carpet or a thick plush type of carpet, the dry time is longer and our company typically tries to avoid those types of carpet.

No. There are no additional charges for stain removal.

We are unable to guarantee that we will be able to remove stains from the carpet. We use some of the top rated commercial carpet cleaning equipment and shampoos available. We do have a guarantee for carpet cleaning.

Within 30 days after our cleaning, hire another carpet cleaning company to preform the work and email us the receipt along with the other company name, phone number and website. After we are able to verify that you hired another carpet cleaning company to preform the same work that we completed, we will issue you a 100% refund.”
